Yellow demarcation side trims (WEL-12PW130051–130065) and comb teeth plates (WEL-12PW130066–130080). The most visible wear components — keep spares for routine safety compliance.
SERIES 1000
Stainless steel and aluminium step pallets (WEL-12PW100051–100065) factory-assembled with W&E-spec drive rollers (WEL-12PW100066–100080). Replace single pallets or full loops without dismantling the truss.
SERIES 1200 · CORE DRIVETRAIN
Main step rollers and drive wheels (WEL-12PW120051–120065) plus main reduction gears (WEL-12PW120066–120080). The heart of the drivetrain — matched and balanced to OEM tolerances.
SERIES 1700
Gear-and-chain drive components (WEL-12PW170051–170065) and suspension chains plus escalator protective guards (WEL-12PW170066–170080). Critical for EN 115 safety-chain monitoring.
SERIES 1100
Escalator truss and outer decking panels (WEL-12PW110051–110065) plus main electrical control parts (WEL-12PW110066–110080). For full-unit replacement or staged retrofit.
SERIES 1900 · CONTROL ELECTRONICS
Escalator small components (WEL-12PW190051–190065) plus escalator control circuit boards (WEL-12PW190066–190080). Microprocessor-based boards with fault self-diagnosis — plug-and-replace.

SERIES 2000 · TRACTION
Permanent-magnet synchronous gearless motors (WEL-12PW200051–200065) with dual disc brakes and integrated encoders (WEL-12PW200066–200080). Direct-drive efficiency, low noise, no gearbox oil service.
SERIES 2100 · SUSPENSION
8×19S steel wire ropes (WEL-12PW210051–210065) paired with machined V-groove traction sheaves (WEL-12PW210066–210080). Diameter and groove profile matched to motor rated speed and load.
SERIES 2200 · DOOR SYSTEM
VVVF door drive units (WEL-12PW220051–220065) plus stainless steel car and landing door panels (WEL-12PW220066–220080). Center-opening / side-opening configurations to suit shaft width.
SERIES 2300 · CONTROL
Steel control enclosures with integrated VFD and main control PCB (WEL-12PW230051–230065) plus elevator control circuit boards and contactors (WEL-12PW230066–230080). Pre-wired and tested before shipment.
SERIES 2400 · SAFETY
Progressive wedge safety gears (WEL-12PW240051–240065) and overspeed governors with rope (WEL-12PW240066–240080). EN 81-20 / A 65 compliant, full type-test certification supplied.
SERIES 2500 · GUIDANCE
Cold-drawn T-section guide rails (WEL-12PW250051–250065) plus hydraulic oil buffers with return stroke (WEL-12PW250066–250080). Sized for car weight and rated speed per EN 81.
SERIES 2600 · INTERIOR & SAFETY
